Element Environmental supported the South Hillsborough Pipeline project by providing excavation services for a major launch shaft used in trenchless construction operations. This work required careful planning, controlled excavation, and ongoing site coordination to help maintain progress on one of the region’s largest water infrastructure improvements. Element’s team managed deep excavation conditions, organized spoil handling, maintained safe site access, and worked alongside pipeline construction crews to support efficient shaft preparation and project execution.
